We liked the property very much as it was near Oberoi grand and it is as luxurious as Oberoi could be. Services and breakfast buffet were the best. I mean i have mostly stayed in 5 star properties , in comparison to those 5 star properties their breakfast buffet is unbeatable. They were really cooperative we got so late in our checkout but they understood our situation so well i am really grateful. The staff who served us in buffet was exceptional especially AMAN he was really helpful when we were eating and was serving us with all his heart. I can’t thank enough the hotel and the staff for such a good experience.

The rooms were spacious for Kolkata centre. The hotel was very clean to western standard. The restaurant was very good. The breakfast and evening buffets were excellent. Nice touches like the traditional chai wallah and the dosa stand. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The small gym on the 9th floor was well equipped and with a great view overlooking the park area.

The location is very convenient. Just near Esplanade Metro station and New Market area. Walking distance from the go to places. I really liked the staff of the hotel. They were very friendly and helpful. I got upgraded to the suit room which I loved the most. Excellent room with good facilities. I liked the rooms in the old building than the extension one. Had a wonderful stay there.

The staff did so much to make sure that we were comfortable, warmly welcomed & safe when we arrived exhausted from a long flight. Every effort to make sure we got taxi’s, the metro & directions to where we were going - in a comfortable protective & respectful way. From Duty Manager to waiting staff, to the door men - thank you for taking care of us, we’ll definitely be returning to The Peerless Hotel.

The room appeared to have been recently renovated and was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the facilities good. The room was spotlessly clean and the staff were very accomodating. I'd be happy to stay here again.

I like the location of hotel. it met my expectations of stay near New Market area. I had the early check in facilities upon request which was very helpful for me & my family members. I have to appreciate the supportive attitude of the staff.

Overall ambiance are very good . The location is fantastic . Hotel own pick & drop facilities are missing. Reception and management are well organised.

The location is excellent, easy to commute , The room facilities in the original building can be increased a little bit more. The breakfast was good but I think , more food varieties can be introduced.

Overall very nice. Housekeeping staff were superb, so were the guys at the Aheli restaurant. Would definitely like to revisit. Aheli is the cherry on the top, Keep it up folks! Food, ambience, staff everything was flawless.

I like very much with my family, specially my son and daughter enjoy the breakfast. Its really very good compare the other star hotel I was stay. Room service, restaurant service are very good. But they return cutlery take more time . We placed out side the room ,its not visualize good and affected the aesthetic sense of the hotel.Location is good at the heart of kolkatta, all things nearby and walking distance. Historical pleases like Corporation building, Indian museum, Hoog market(new market) and other shoppers like Sree Leather, Bata, Woodland, kolkata bazaar and many more. Hotel like Amina , Nizam, Metro inox etc. For cameras and related accessories at Metro Gali. Hotel management is very good , all maintanese of covid situation, staff are good behaved, restaurant service and staff are good.All of every things are very good till now. I feel only laundry service is little costly.
